Raised in North Burnaby "The Heights" B.C. and born in Montreal Quebec, Bruno Mendez comes from a Chilean family where he discovered his passion for art at an early age. At 19 he published his first comic book which he both wrote and illustrated. "B Mendez" was the stage name of choice that kept close to his identity and "The Heights" was the first mixtape project ever released by the artist. From then on B Mendez collaborated with another local artist known as “Merkules”. 11 music videos, 4 remix videos, 2 mixtapes, a full length album "New Heights” (2019) and most recently the singles “No Hands” (2020) feat. Lil Windex and “Verano” (2021) produced by Stuey Kubrick. B Mendez is becoming a polished MC, aiming to let his sound and story be known while spreading positive vibes and life lessons through his music.
