Founded in 2014, Volunteer Media is a Canadian-owned and operated independent record label and artist services company. The company focuses on the development, release, and promotion of music across multiple genres, representing a growing catalogue of releases from artists throughout Canada and internationally.

Through strategic partnerships, Volunteer Media distributes its releases globally via The Orchard (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment), with physical products exported to international retail and wholesale accounts through Burnside Distribution and affiliated distribution partners. The company’s catalogue includes work from award-winning artists such as Moka Only, Prevail (Swollen Members) as well as collaborative projects featuring internationally recognized talent including Snoop Dogg.
